We reached out to five thought leaders. They deal with people day in and day out as part of their roles. They are achievers in their fields. And, they were happy to contribute their knowledge to the recruiting community (A big thank you from our end.)

 

We asked them:

 

If they had only one question to ask in an interview, what would that be?

 

We expected some hot-shot questions, something with huge jargons, something related to specific jobs and stuff like that.

 

But, guess what?

 

We got something really different. All these guys asked something more important and broader. We absolutely love their questions.
