Today’s talent pool lives in a micro-social world, in smaller communities amongst friends they trust and identify with. They are mostly found on channels like WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, thereby making social recruiting not just essential but as the best means for recruiters to tap quality hires.
