Challenges

Earlier, the employee engagement and data around it was typically handled via mailbox forcing recruiters to maintain the candidate attributes in an online spreadsheet. While this approach was fine to start with, it posed challenges in terms of scalability as the organization was expanding. They needed a robust platform to address the following issues.

Solutions  

The customer decided to go-live with the standalone implementation of the RippleHire (RH) referral platform. Both the teams worked synchronously to complete the migration of data, configuration of stages, email templates, recruiter training and equally important – sign off from the IT team in about 2 weeks.
