The ET CHRO Annual Conclave 2025 held from 4-6 September in Kochi blended the spirit of Onam with the urgency of HR transformation. RippleHire joined as the Agentic AI ATS Partner, standing shoulder-to-shoulder with India’s senior HR leaders to explore how organizations can modernize hiring, build capability, and align culture in a rapidly changing world.
Across three spirited days, delegates engaged in conversations spanning the psychology of talent, cultural alignment, behavioral science in hiring, and the lifecycle of talent acquisition. Scheduled keynotes and deep-dive panels challenged the status quo, exploring predictive talent models, data-driven hiring strategies, and how talent supply chains must evolve from reactive to proactive.
RippleHire’s presence centered around the message that AI should support human judgment rather than replace it. Through live demos and forum discussions, the team showcased how the Agentic AI ATS delivers meaningful recruiter experience improvements: automating repetitive tasks, enabling structured decision-making, and integrating seamlessly with enterprise systems. The result is a hiring engine engineered for velocity, fairness, and scale.
The event underscored a key insight: the future of hiring isn’t purely digital—it’s human + machine. Technology is most effective when it amplifies human insights, aligns with organizational culture, and the system remains transparent and configurable. As the conclave drew to a close amid Kerala’s festive energy, RippleHire and attendees committed to partnering on this next frontier of talent engineering.
