The Future of Talent Supply Chains roundtable, co-hosted by RippleHire and SHRM India on September 24 in Bangalore, brought together senior HR and TA leaders from India’s top professional services firms to discuss how AI is redesigning the way enterprises manage their workforce pipelines. This invite-only session focused on how talent supply chains can become more agile, predictive, and aligned to business demand in a world of project-based delivery and hybrid teams.
The discussion opened with how AI is bridging the gap between forecasting talent needs and filling critical roles on time. Participants debated the evolving balance between build-versus-buy strategies, the role of internal mobility marketplaces, and how data transparency across systems can eliminate bottlenecks in deployment planning.
RippleHire showcased its Agentic AI ATS as a living example of how intelligence and human judgment can coexist to deliver better forecasting, faster fulfillment, and greater visibility. The roundtable highlighted that the future of talent supply chains depends on AI that supports — not replaces — human decision-making. Leaders shared how the right AI architecture can help them anticipate demand spikes, match skills to opportunities, and build a pipeline that keeps the business resilient.
The session closed with a shared commitment to move from reactive staffing to proactive talent engineering — using AI and data to design supply chains that are as strategic as financial or operational ones. RippleHire continues to partner with enterprises to build this new discipline of talent supply science.
