Every interviewer. The same questions. The same standard.

Interview Copilot loads inside Microsoft Teams and the RippleHire feedback page. Before each interview it reads the role, the candidate, the round, and what earlier rounds already covered, then hands the interviewer a prepared question set.

Unstructured interviews are the most common source of bias in hiring

When interviewers arrive without preparation, they fall back on instinct. The same candidate gets different questions from different panel members, feedback is inconsistent, and the hiring decision becomes hard to defend afterwards. Interview Copilot gives every interviewer the same starting point.

What Interview Copilot does before, during, and after each interview.

When an interview is scheduled, Copilot reads four sources and prepares the panel automatically. Nothing is asked of the interviewer, and nothing is visible to the candidate.

Where It Runs: The Copilot tab in Microsoft Teams, and the RippleHire feedback page for face-to-face rounds.
What It Reads: Job description, candidate resume, round description, and transcripts of earlier rounds.
Tailored Questions: Generated for this candidate, this role, and this stage of the process.
Grouped By Competency: Questions organised by round type, with a suggested time against each section.
Candidate Context: Resume summary and full job details available without leaving the meeting.
Internal Only: Visible to interviewers and recruiters. Candidates never see any of it.

Configured once. Ready for every interview.

Admins enable Interview Copilot once and configure round descriptions. Recruiters schedule interviews as they normally would. When the interview starts, the Copilot panel is already loaded with questions and candidate context - the interviewer does not need to do anything to activate it.

No extra steps for recruiters: Interview scheduling works exactly as it does today. Copilot activates automatically for eligible rounds.

Context-aware: Round descriptions guide question generation

Instant access: Questions are ready when the meeting starts

Profile sync:Evaluations captured in Copilot write back to the candidate record automatically.

What changes when every interviewer walks in prepared.

No manual prep

Questions arrive generated from the role, resume, and round. Nobody drafts questions or opens a separate document.

Consistent evaluations

Every interviewer for a role asks the same structured questions, so panel variability drops without extra training.

Reduced bias

Copilot reads earlier round transcripts and skips ground already covered, so each round produces new signal.

No repeated questions

Evaluation criteria sit inside the interface, so feedback is captured during the conversation while it is fresh.

Structured feedback

Evaluation criteria are built into the Copilot interface. Feedback is captured during the interview, not reconstructed from memory afterward.

Built into RippleHire, alongside every other stage

Interview Copilot works with sourcing, screening, offer management, and onboarding in the same workflow. No separate tool, no additional login.

FAQs

1. What is an Interviewer Copilot in RippleHire?

Interview Copilot is built into Microsoft Teams and the RippleHire feedback page. It reads the job description, candidate resume, round description, and prior transcripts before each interview and generates role-specific questions, candidate context, and a structured evaluation framework - visible only to the interviewer

2. Can candidates see the Interviewer Copilot questions?

No. The panel and questions are visible only to internal team members (interviewers and recruiters). It is completely hidden from candidates.

3. How does Interviewer Copilot generate interview questions?

The system analyzes the job description, candidate resume, round description, and previous transcripts (if available) to create relevant questions for that specific stage.

4. What types of interviews does Interviewer Copilot support?

It supports introductory, technical, and non-technical rounds. Questions are categorized (e.g., technical competency, cultural fit) based on the round description.

5. Do interviewers need to manually activate Interviewer Copilot for each meeting?

No. Once an admin enables Interview Copilot and configures round descriptions, it activates automatically for all eligible scheduled interviews. Interviewers open the Interview Copilot tab in Microsoft Teams or the RippleHire feedback page - no setup required on their end.

6. What happens if an interview is rescheduled?

The same set of AI-generated questions and context automatically transfer to the new meeting time. No reconfiguration is needed.

7. Is Interviewer Copilot available outside Microsoft Teams?

It is available inside Microsoft Teams and on the RippleHire feedback page, supporting both video calls and face-to-face/telephonic interviews.

8. What setup is required to enable Interviewer Copilot for our organization?

An admin enables Interview Copilot in RippleHire and configures round descriptions. The Microsoft Teams app needs to be published in your organization's Teams app store - your IT team handles this as a one-time step. Once configured, it activates automatically for all eligible interview rounds without any further admin action.
