No. Agent Builder is configured by your TA ops and recruiting teams. You turn on the agents you need — voice screening, L1 interviews, offers — set the rules they follow, and adjust them as your process changes, without a development cycle.

It depends on how you configure it. The AI Voice Agent handles top-of-funnel phone screening end to end — outreach, the conversation, and the scored summary. Amy, the AI interview agent, runs full Level 1 interviews including skills assessment, behavioral questions, and proctoring. For panel interviews, Interview Copilot supports the human interviewer with questions and a structured evaluation framework. You decide which stages are agent-led and which are human-led. Most teams start with pre-screening and L1, then expand.

Every agent action is logged in real time — who triggered it, what conditions passed, what it did, and when. Agents can be paused, edited, or deactivated instantly. No agent makes a final hiring decision. Every output — a scorecard, a flag, a generated offer — is reviewed by a human before it has a consequence. If a recruiter overrides an agent's recommendation, that decision is logged too. You set the rules. Agents follow them.

No. Agent Builder is built into RippleHire. There is nothing to integrate separately, no additional login, and no parallel system to maintain. The agents you build run inside the same platform your recruiters use for sourcing, pipeline management, interviews, and offers. When an agent acts on a candidate, the action shows up in the candidate's record, in the job's collaboration tab, and in your reports — exactly where you would expect it.

RippleHire is ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2 Type II certified. All candidate data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and in transit using TLS 1.2. Agents operate on data within RippleHire — they do not send candidate information to external systems or third-party AI services. Consent management, data retention policies, and candidate rights workflows are built into the platform.
