From campus drives to high-volume hiring, run every drive from one page.

Drive Management gives recruiters one place to add candidates, track rounds, allocate interview slots, and check panel availability.

Bulk candidate upload. Round tracking. Slot allocation. Panel availability.

One drive can mean hundreds of moving parts.

A campus or walk-in drive can bring in far more candidates than a single scheduled interview. Drive Management adds them by search or a bulk spreadsheet upload, moves them through added, waiting, interview in progress, ready to offer, rejected, or no show, and allocates an interview slot to each one from the same drive page.

Six ways a drive page removes manual work.

Set up a drive once and it's ready to run: Enter the drive details in one place and start managing candidates from the same page.
Fill a drive fast, one candidate or a few hundred at once: search by RH ID, name, phone, email, job ID, or title, or upload a spreadsheet in bulk
Keep a candidate's status honest at every step: move them between rounds, reject, move to offer, or remove, with a reason recorded for moves and rejections
Get a candidate booked without back and forth over timing: allocate a date and time slot, with a 10-minute default the recruiter can change
Know who's actually free before reaching out: panel availability shows as scheduled, in progress, or available, with pending feedback counted per interviewer
See exactly where a drive stands: Track whether a drive is live, pending, completed, cancelled, or closed, and see how long it's been in progress.

Nobody has to ask what's happening. It's already visible.

Candidates know what's happening without having to call the recruiter, and recruiters work from one page instead of chasing updates from several people.

Candidates aren't left wondering if they've been forgotten: they receive an invitation when they're added, followed by reminders before the drive and their allocated interview slot.

Recruiters know where a candidate stands without asking around: which round they're currently in, from added to ready to offer or no show

Finding the right drive takes seconds, not a search through folders: by name, tag, or drive manager, filtered by status or date range

Progress toward the hiring target isn't a guessing game: the number of offers made against target is visible on the drive home page and inside the drive

Increased efficiency

Add up to 500 candidates at once using a single spreadsheet upload, and a slot gets allocated to any candidate without leaving the drive page.

Easier to manage

Candidates, rounds, panel availability, and drive status all sit on one page.

Clearer progress toward hiring targets

The number of offers made against the target is visible at a glance, right on the drive page.

One page, from first candidate to last slot.

Campus drives, walk-ins, and weekend drives all run through the same page, from adding a candidate to allocating their interview.

FAQs

1. What is Drive Management for?

It organizes campus, walk-in, and weekend drives, along with other high-volume scheduled interviews, so recruiters run them from one page.

2. How are candidates added to a drive?

Candidates can be searched by RH ID, name, phone number, email, job ID, or job title and added individually, or uploaded in bulk using a spreadsheet template, up to 500 candidates per sheet.

3. Which candidates can't be added to a drive?

Candidates who are no longer active in the hiring process or already have a scheduled interview cannot be added to a drive.

4. What stages does a candidate move through in a drive?

Added candidates, waiting candidates, interview in progress, ready to offer, rejected, and no show. Rounds reflect where each candidate stands at that point in the drive.

5. How is an interview date and time allocated?

A recruiter selects a candidate, opens Allocate interview date and time slot, and enters a date and time.

6. What notifications does a candidate receive?

A drive invitation when added, a reminder 24 and 6 hours before the drive goes live, a separate reminder 24 and 6 hours before their allocated interview slot, and updates if the drive is cancelled or completed.

7. Can recruiters see interviewer availability during a drive?

Yes. The drive page shows interviewers as scheduled, in progress, or available, along with how many feedback submissions are still pending from each one.

8. What happens when a drive is closed versus cancelled?

A cancelled drive can be resumed, while a closed drive cannot be changed or reopened.
