RippleHire joined ET Workplace 2035, The Economic Times' summit on the intelligent enterprise, as Official Agentic AI ATS Partner at the JW Marriott, Sahar, Mumbai.

Founder & CEO Sudarsan Ravi led an Expert Talk titled "Touchless Hiring: Agents and Humans, Executing as One Team," walking the room through what coordinated human-agent workflows can do to a hiring process end to end.

At Booth 3, the team showed how agents handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offers, freeing recruiters to spend their time on the decisions that need a human. Allan Sethi, Head of Talent Acquisition at Maersk, raised a problem every TA leader in the room recognized: strong candidates buried under application volume before a recruiter ever sees them, with hiring's multi-stakeholder nature losing time at every handoff.
