RippleHire hosted House of Leaders in Delhi, part of a multi-city roundtable series with SHRM built around one question: what has AI actually done to hiring, and where does it go from here.

Founder & CEO Sudarsan Ravi opened with the scale behind RippleHire's perspective: 14 years of hiring intelligence, drawn from 86 million candidates, 12 million interviews, across 52 or more countries.

Then came the harder conversation. AI has made hiring worse. More applications flooding every requisition. New compliance expectations that didn't exist a few years ago. Leaner recruiting teams asked to handle more volume than ever. These are the pressures TA leaders in the room are living with right now, not abstract industry trends.

The discussion that followed didn't stay abstract either. Around the table, the same conclusion kept surfacing: technology and human judgment need each other to fix what technology broke in the first place. Agents can absorb the volume and the coordination. Recruiters are still the ones who decide who gets hired.
