RippleHire returned to SHRM Tech, this time as part of the 2026 edition in Mumbai, anchored around the theme Connected Intelligence. At Booths 57 and 58, the team ran a live build: an AI hiring agent, created in 20 minutes, in front of anyone who wanted to see how the process actually works.

"My recruiters are investing an enormous amount of time in that. AI can do it in seconds."Riteish Mishra, Head of Talent Acquisition, IKS Health

Across both days, RippleHire asked CHROs and TA leaders a simple question: if you could hand one part of your hiring process to an AI agent tomorrow, what would it be?

The answers converged fast. Scheduling and coordination first. CV shortlisting next. Riteish Mishra put it plainly at the booth, and the same instinct showed up conversation after conversation with senior leaders on the floor.

That same question shaped RippleHire's House of Leaders session. The room's clarity stood out. The conversation wasn't about whether AI belongs in hiring. It was about how to redesign the function so people spend their time on the judgment calls only they can make, while Agents handle the coordination.
